We are looking for a tech savvy individual with 5+ years as a bookkeeper with continual education, and a certified QB ProAdvisor with an active account. We would prefer an EA or CPA that is proficient in both QB Online and QB Enterprise Solutions
Our current tech stack includes: QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop (Pro/Premier/Enterprise), Splashtop, Remote Desktop, Zoom, VerifyIQ, Financial Cents, TSheets and the Suite of Microsoft Products. The more experience with our tech stack the better.
This is a remote only employee position with a super cool QuickBooks crew. The position will start as Part-time and will grow to Full Time and is paying $25-$35 per hour depending on qualifications and experience plus benefits.
Responsibilities will include, and are not limited to, Bookkeeping reviews (including review for scope creep), tax reconciliations, team scheduling, team support, plus communication to owner regarding team and customer updates.
This is a new position for our team and you will be working with the owners to develop this position. You will be required to setup and document the procedures required to perform your duties and modify as new responsibilities arise.
